New York Life Secure Travel is a comprehensive worldwide program that offers support and a sense of security when you are traveling 100 miles or more from home. SURVIVOR ASSURANCE PROGRAM
While dealing with the loss of someone you care about, you shouldn’t have to worry about managing insurance and funds. Besides contacting Optum EAP service, New York Life’s Survivor Assurance Program provides insurance claims, legal, grief and bereavement support during your time of need. The Survivor Support Specialist is available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST at 888-842-4462, ext. 1013382.
BUSINESS TRAVEL MEDICAL AND ACCIDENT INSURANCE
Your health and safety are important to us. When you travel out of the country for business, you are protected by the Bank-paid Business Travel Medical Insurance through UnitedHealthcare. You can get access to a global network of providers, available 24/7, that provides medical treatment and prescriptions, evacuation and repatriation services due to accidents or unexpected illnesses. This Bank-paid Business Travel Accident Insurance Policy through New York Life provides coverage for eligible injuries or death following an accident while on a business trip.
Assistant Vice Presidents and above: up to 5 times your salary or $1 million (whichever is less).
