East West Bank provides a confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at NO COST to you and your family members through Optum. You can speak with a licensed professional who can help answer behavioural health and work/life balance-related questions.

You and your household members can receive three visits per issue, per year, per individual. Call 866-248-4096 or visit the Optum website and enter the access code “eastwest” to get started. The program is available 24/7.

If you’re enrolled in one of our Blue Shield medical plans, you and your enrolled dependents have additional EAP services available at no additional cost. Services include:
