All current Mail Order prescription participants will receive a letter from Blue Shield of California advising what needs to be done to continue their mail order prescriptions. You and your covered dependents do not need to be current Amazon or Amazon Prime members, but you and your covered dependents will have to create an Amazon Pharmacy account to access to pharmacists 24/7 through Amazon Pharmacy.
