Online Registration:
- Visit www.touchcare.com and click on member login or download TouchCare’s mobile app. Click ‘new member’ on the sign-up page.
- Upon creating your account, you will be asked to verify your email address. Find the verification email in your inbox and click ‘verify email.’
- Click the link in the email to finish registration by completing the quick intake form and release form. Finally, enter a password to create your account and open your first case.

Changing Mail Order vendor from CVS to Amazon effective January 1, 2025. Existing Mail Order prescriptions will be rolled over to Amazon for ease of transition. All current Mail Order prescription participants will receive a letter from Blue Shield of California advising what needs to be done to continue their mail order prescriptions. You and your covered dependents do not need to be current Amazon or Amazon Prime members, but you and your covered dependents will have to create an Amazon Pharmacy account to access to pharmacists 24/7 through Amazon Pharmacy.
